Yes. I will need to ask you for a bit more info to determine an approximate time of birth. There are certain aspects of your life that are “fixed”, by that I mean no action you take can change them. I can see these things in your chart, such as number and order of siblings in your family, your profession, and some info about your parents. This helps me narrow down your time of birth so that I can make as accurate analysis as possible.

As a yoga teacher I have some training in anatomy & physiology however I am not qualified to diagnose or treat mental or physical injury or illness. If your doctor has given you the all-clear to practice yoga please do! I have experience working with clients with physical challenges and design sessions that are physically safe and energetically enriching. Please contact to me to discuss whether a group class is appropriate or we need to do a private session to get the best outcome for you.

No. The roots of yoga are in Indian philosophy, more specifically the Vedas which are ancient Hindu texts. However the principles are universal - the concept that you are more than just your physical body and that you have a specific purpose or duty to fulfil, are not a contradiction to other belief systems.
You don’t need to believe anything to practice yoga. If you just to feel good in your body you’re in the right place.

I’ll send you a Zoom invite for your session. We record our time together and I send you password protected link so that you can revisit the reading or yoga session whenever you like.
For yoga, I recommend using as big a screen as you have access to, like an iPad or laptop, but a phone will work too. Although I’ll cue you verbally, it helps to have a picture!
